The location was great! i easily walked to several attractions. the beds and pillows felt very comfortable. francine served breakfast and she was lovely. Very polite and attentive.
the shower barely got to lukewarm after being hot for a few minutes.

The location was great. It was close to many places i wanted to visit. My room was spacious. It included a separate bath and shower, which i liked (i enjoyed the rainfall shower head!).
The television was not a smart tv. I could not stream any of my own content from my phone. There was also no complimentary water offered. I have come to expect this at most hotels.

mixed experience with some cleaning issues
stained sheetscondom wrapper
i found the lack of attention to cleanliness rather disappointing. the sheets had stains, possibly makeup, a definite oversight. i also discovered an open condom wrapper and old food under the bed. these details significantly detracted from what should be a baseline expectation, cleanliness. the shower's inconsistent water temperature did not improve things, only reaching lukewarm after a brief period of hot water.

The front desk service was helpful. my room had automated drapes, nice. there was a soaking tub and a separate shower with amazing water pressure. i also found the location super convenient for accessing navy pier and shopping. I could easily walk everywhere.
the tv wasn't a smart tv, so i couldn't stream anything.

The room was spacious. It included a nice bath tub and a big bathroom. I anticipate returning in warmer weather to experience the skyline bar.
Service was slow. It took 30 minutes to get waited on and 40 minutes for canned beers.
